THIS WEEKEND IN FOOD, LABOR-DAY-STYLE! A long weekend off school means extra time for home-cookin’. Despite this holiday’s Canadian roots, we maintained a decidedly American theme to our food-flare. Friday night fiesta, Saturday morning dessert-for-breakfast, Sunday supper eggplant parmesan with our next-door neighbor, and Monday block party in JP! A great weekend for eating…I mean, cooking. Hope you also had an excellent feasting weekend. It’s what we work so hard for, right?
