LAST WEEK IN FOOD! Meaning, the week that has since passed as well as the final week of dear September. NOT the final week of food footage ever - that would be sad. I’m not sure I’m ready for October yet - it’s just so FALL to think about putting a :10: as the month - but this cold weather is reminding me that winter is a great season for cooking.

AND - since it’s Top Chef Wednesday - I’m feeling like a little steak taco fiesta action is in order for the evening. Look for documentation next weekend - for now, enjoy the continuation of VeggieMania, and a slightly more macro look at things I have since expertly digested. Heehee.
