I live in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. When I type out this strange municipal title too quickly, the “Plain” occasionally comes out as “Palin”.
I then envision a 6th Palin child, or 2nd grandchild, named Jamaica.
“Hey y’all! I’m Jamaica Palin. *wink* “
It could work!
After Piper, Willow, Bristol, Track and Trig, I think “Jamaica” could add some much needed color to the family roster. I’m surprised none of them are named “Alaska”. Maybe there’s a two-syllable limit. That’s probably it.
